Kassandra's 1st year pictures

For Kassandra's 1st year I wanted pictures taken of her and us as a family.  Since it's not easy to be the photographer and in the pictures at the same time Melissa, our friend took the photo's for us.  Melissa is a teacher during the day and a photographer at night and I have always been in love with the pictures that she has taken.  Now all we need is for Kassandra to cooperate.  Ha, ha, ha.
We started with some fun photo's, which as you can see Kassandra loved until she decided "No More".  Then we took some family pictures.  Some puppies then arrived at the park and we thought it would be fun, they loved Kassandra so much and wouldn't leave her alone which she didn't appreciate.  Finally came the pictures in her 1st Birthday outfit.  She was having nothing to do with it...that is until she saw the cake.  She was so clean with the cake that Mommy and Daddy tried to help her and instead we had a family cake fight.  Yep you heard right - it started with Kassandra smearing the cake on Daddy's face, Daddy then smashed it on Mommy's face and hair and from it all you have a great family picture.  Enjoy....

 

 

  

 

 

 

    

Kassandra's 1st boo boo

Kassandra got a hold of one of Daddy's coke cans, stuck her finger in it and sliced it.  At first I had no idea where the blood was coming from and it was everywhere - her face, clothes and now on me.  Finally figured it out and had to put a band aide on it.  Kassandra didn't like the band aide at all but as you can see, she was fine in the end.
